7th June 2025 - Iban's quest item changes

Doll of iban, Old journal, and History of iban are changing very soon.

After a lot of research from Indio, they've found this clip of the Doll of iban stopping you entirely (so it calls p_stopaction). This makes the current behavior to prevent run energy drain while running incorrect. We have no sources on the books being any different, so they are being changed to match - they're from the same jmod after all.

We couldn't compare to today's version to know sooner, in OSRS these items changed to not have any delays, and it's difficult to find old sources where people walk instead of immediately using quest items.
I'm sorry for taking away your emergent gameplay meta! It's always interesting to see what players can discover and utilize.

There are still two other similar items that are correct (good hunting to you) and you can always use the old-fashioned alch/superheat. Otherwise energy potions come in September 2004.
