6th May 2025 - Reducing # of worlds - 1 world per region

I'm decreasing the amount of worlds today, we still have the same number of regions, but we don't need to support that many players - I doubled them for members to make sure everyone had a good experience. World IDs will change in a future update.

I will be adding another EU region soon, possibly Germany, as US has 3 and EU has 1...
Also, India's datacenter proved troublesome so it may or may not return in the future.
