This update is going to be polarizing to some of you: We have added a world hop delay on each hop. It's a big one: 45s. When affected, you will see "Login limit exceeded." at this time.

Let me take a moment to explain:
1. 2004 *did* have a hop delay, it's being heavily debated in Discord if it's after 3+ hops or always. People are on both sides.
2. When affected, the hop delay *was* 45s even as far as 2007.
3. We are f2p-locked, so you are all competing for resources. It's getting unbearable for your fellow players!
4. Our servers are really taking a beating from all this hopping. Optimizing only takes us so far during beta!
5. Many have adopted a "hopscape" style gameplay instead of playing the game at a more reasonable pace.
6. Not a reason, but no more friends online/offline spam is a nice pro.

I'm aware this impacts your experience, but it wasn't authentic to hop in 0s. Yes, there were people abusing it greatly...

Side note, we have found evidence that woodcutting animations only played sound on the first action. It changed in late 2006. We've changed that, so if it sounds off, that's why! We may also need to apply the same to other skills.

Other notable changes:
- cooking is a little bit faster ;) (authentic!)
- no more breaking out of the map with firemaking! Never Forget

Post-Update Note: We have identified one possible regression with magic interactions + levelling and it will be addressed in the next update. You'll know if you're affected - you aren't crazy
